Exclusive or non-exclusive?

• Non-exclusive: the alert is designed and delivered to you, and Flix Store may show the same design and sell it to other customers after changing the name or logo.
• Exclusive: the design is yours alone and is not sold again.

The difference in price is what it costs for the design to stay yours alone. If the alert carries your character or a joke your audience knows, exclusive is worth it, because it becomes part of the channel's identity. If it is a general follow or subscription alert, non-exclusive does the job at half the price or less.

How to choose an alert's length

Length sets the price, and the rule is to match it to the event:

• 3 to 7 seconds: for events that happen often on stream, such as a follow. A long alert here interrupts the stream every minute.
• 10 to 20 seconds: for a subscription or an ordinary donation.
• 25 seconds and up: for rare events you want the stream to stop for, such as a large donation.

What to prepare before ordering

• The channel's name and the platform you stream on.
• The event the alert is for: follow, subscription, donation.
• The idea: a character, a scene or a particular motion, with an example if you have one.
• The colors, or your logo for the alert's colors to be built on.
