Stream Design: Overlay Screens, Facecam Frame and Prices
Stream design is everything on your stream apart from the game: the starting, break and ending screens, the facecam frame, the transitions and the panels. At Flix Store they are designed around your channel's identity on Kick, Twitch or YouTube and are ready to use in OBS, from 2 dollars a piece, with a turnaround of 7 to 14 working days.
What stream design means
A viewer who lands on your stream for the first time decides in seconds whether to stay. A tidy picture, with a clear starting screen and a facecam frame in the channel's colors, tells them someone cares about this stream. Stream design, also called a stream overlay or a stream package, is that set of elements made in one identity.
What does stream design cover?
Stream screens
- Starting: shown before you begin, while viewers gather.
- Right Back: for a short break.
- Just Chatting: for talking with viewers without a game.
- Ending: for closing the stream.
- Offline: the channel's image when there is no stream.
Elements over the stream
- Facecam frame: the frame around your camera.
- 2D transition: the motion between one scene and the next.
- 3D intro: an animated opener with the channel's name.
The channel page
- Logo: lettermark, symbol or illustrated.
- Panels: images for the sections of the channel page.
- Subscription tiers: images for the channel's subscription levels.

Static or animated?
The four screens and the facecam frame come in two versions, static and animated. The Starting screen sits in front of viewers for minutes before you begin, so motion there fills the wait. The facecam frame stays on screen for the whole stream, and a lot of motion in it pulls attention from the game, so keep it calm or static.
Single designs or a stream package?
The smallest package, Stream Pack at 40 dollars, includes a static lettermark logo, a banner, animated Starting and Ending screens, static Offline and Just Chatting screens, and an about panel. The 80-dollar package adds a Right Back screen, an animated facecam frame, a transition and five panels, and makes the logo animated. If your channel is missing a screen or a frame, order it singly; if you are building the whole identity, look at the streaming packages: Stream Pack at 40, 80, 100 and 150 dollars, and TikTok Pack and YouTube Pack at 80 and 100 dollars.
What to prepare before ordering
- The channel's name and its link.
- The platform you stream on: Kick, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok.

How to order stream design from Flix Store
- Open the stream design section and pick the design.
- Choose static or animated where the design has both.
- Write the channel details you prepared, then complete payment.

Common mistakes in stream design
- A thick facecam frame that covers the game: the frame dresses the camera and should not take room from the game. Thinner is better.
- Screens in colors unlike the logo: identity comes from repeating the same two colors on every screen.
- Neglecting the Offline screen: it is what a visitor sees when you are not live, which is most of the time.
Common questions about stream design
- How do I put the screens into OBS? See setting up stream scenes in OBS.
- And the alerts? They have their own section and prices. See stream alert design.
- Do the designs work on more than one platform? They are designed for your channel on Kick, Twitch or YouTube, and are used in OBS.
- Can I get a refund? Sales become final once work has started. The details are in the refund policy.
Start with the screen your viewers see most, and order it from the stream design section at Flix Store.
