What file format is the alert?

Alerts come as WEBM files with a transparent background, so they play over your stream with no black box around them. You add them in OBS or Streamlabs.

How and when will I receive my order?

Delivery is fully digital, via Discord or a Google Drive link. The delivery link is sent to your email and your order notification. The turnaround time is shown on this page.

Can I get a refund?

Because these are custom digital services, all sales are final once work has started. Refunds are accepted for duplicate payments or when work hasn't started yet, provided you contact us within 48 hours of payment. Full details are in our refund policy.
