How to Add Your FiveM Server Icon and Banners to the Server List

A FiveM server's icon and banners are set in server.cfg: the icon is a 96×96 PNG loaded with load_server_icon, and the two banners are set with banner_detail and banner_connecting, each a direct link to an image.

FiveM server icon

Put a 96×96 PNG file in the server data folder, beside server.cfg, then add this line:

load_server_icon logo.png

FiveM banners

sets banner_detail "https://example.com/banner-detail.png"
sets banner_connecting "https://example.com/banner-connecting.png"

• banner_detail: shown on the server's detail page in the FiveM server list.
• banner_connecting: shown while a player is connecting to the server.
• The link has to point straight at the image and start with https.
• There is no required banner size; use a wide, banner-shaped image.

Server name and description

sets sv_projectName "Server name"
sets sv_projectDesc "A short description of the server"

After editing

Save the file and restart the server. The FiveM server list may take a while to show the new images.

Common problems

• The icon does not show: it is not 96×96, not a PNG, or not in the server data folder.
• The banner does not show: the link opens a page rather than the image itself. Use a direct link that ends in the image's file name.
