Due to the nature of our customized digital services, all sales are final once work begins. Each project is custom-designed based on pre-agreed requirements.
Refund Acceptance Cases
- Duplicate payment — customer accidentally paid twice.
- Payment received but work has not yet begun.
Refund Rejection Cases
- Work has started or service has been delivered.
- Customer changed their mind after work commenced.
- Dissatisfaction with completed custom work that matches the agreed specifications.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of payment at [email protected]. Please include your order details and reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
